Scott Donovan

Scott was in practice as a barrister from 1975 until late 2014. He was recognised by the Chambers and Legal 500 Directories for many years as being very experienced in the investigation of medical cases and the management of medical experts. He was involved in complex litigation for 25 years.

Scott qualified with the London School of Mediation in 2012. He has a special interest in mediation in the fields of personal injury and medical negligence and is a strong advocate of the benefits of mediation to the parties involved in complex personal injury litigation.

Michael Swift

Michael qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1972 with a major UK practice and has since worked in both industry and private practice. He was first accredited as a mediator in 1996 by Academy of Experts and became a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 2005.

He was later accredited by the ADR Group 2011 and is a panel member of the Association of Northern Mediators. He has conducted numerous mediations over the years from neighbourhood disputes to share valuation disputes with values of £1.5M and has had a success rate of over 90%.
