Helen Southworth: Fee Administrator

Helen is an experienced Fee Clerk and Chambers Administrator of over 28 years and a qualified member of AAT (The Association of Accounting Technicians)

She has overall responsibility for Account Management; Billing and Fee Collection.  Helen also gives assistance to the Barrister’s that use our service with VAT returns and liaising with their respective Accountants in relation to Year End Accounts.

Sharon Sartain: Operations Support Manager

Sharon is Manager of Document Direct with her prime responsibilitiesbeing the programming of resources to ensure their renowned 24 hour / 7 day support is available to all clients and the service runs smoothly. She has further responsibility within a typing supervisory role and customer services and has helped develop this service to accompany the PA service that further supports Complete Counsel.
