Your Speaker on Wednesday 4th October 2017 is Michelle Fanneran

Michelle is a specialist costs and PI Barrister, a Mediator and a Legal Consultant/Auditor. She is forward-thinking, authorised to practise in a dual capacity both in-house and in the traditional sense. She is happy to engage with clients in a versatile way.

Michelle’s broad costs experience includes: detailed assessment, oral review of provisional assessment, advising on and arguing specific points of law arising as preliminary issues such as recoverability of additional liabilities, validity of the retainer etc and drafting points of dispute. She also has a developing niche area of expertise in arguing principe of costs.
